Kundalini Activation stems from ancient yogic wisdom, helping the devotee connect with their internal life force energy and release blockages that are held deeply within, on the journey to a full Kundalini Awakening - rising into a peaceful state of self love, appreciation and bliss. The facilitator may utilise breathwork or other somatic experiences to help participants move from their mental processing, 'monkey mind', into a deeper state of self-awareness where they can surrender to their subconscious or 'higher self' and allow the intelligent wisdom of the body to start processing changes that need to take place in order to ascend.
