Why I chose this path.
Life has taught me to ascend pain through unlocking my heart in unimaginable ways; that is my soul contract, Anahata Ascension.
I believe when we are born, our soul signs a contract to fulfil our purpose here on earth, navigating a plethora of experiences in order to ascend to our highest level. For me, that meant navigating traumatic childhood experiences, learning how to trust again, and working with spiritual, holistic healing modalities to manifest a life of love - by working through my wounding.
Since implementing this work, my life changed dramatically - I went from surviving in a 9-5, unloved and alone; to thriving in my own business, marrying the love of my life, traveling the world, living a life of luxury, and being empowered in who I really am - but it all came through choosing to navigate discomfort, taking big risks, letting go of old wounds and people, intrepid travel, investing in the right healers, mentors, and coaches, and choosing a path that deviates from societies expectations - losing friends and family along the way.
Through over a decade in the industry, I can honestly say that every modality I use in session from yoga therapy, kundalini activation and energy healing; to somatic experiencing, inner child work, and past life regressions; have been mastered after utilising them in my own transformational journey.
My mission now, is to teach others how to truly trust themselves, their magic, their spiritual gifts, their body, their path, and to transcend their own pain through navigating the turmoil of the heart in a soft, safe, supported way, where they are always in control.
