As a participant in this Kundalini Activation Facilitator Training, I acknowledge that I will be engaging in powerful energetic, somatic, emotional, and spiritual practices that may create profound shifts in my awareness, wellbeing, and personal growth.

I understand that experiences during and after the training may include emotional release, physical sensations, energetic movement, heightened awareness, changes in perception, and the surfacing of unresolved emotions, memories, or beliefs.

By signing below, I confirm the following:

• I am participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing throughout the training.

• To the best of my knowledge, I am physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in this training.

• I am not currently experiencing any serious medical, psychiatric, or psychological condition that may make participation unsafe, including active psychosis, untreated or unstable Bipolar Disorder, schizophrenia, uncontrolled epilepsy, seizure disorders, or serious heart conditions.

• If I have any medical, psychological, or mental health concerns, I have sought appropriate professional advice regarding my participation.

• I understand that Kundalini Activation may bring awareness to unresolved emotional experiences or trauma, and I accept responsibility for seeking additional professional support if required.

• I agree to communicate with the facilitator if I feel overwhelmed, distressed, unwell, or need additional support, and understand that I may pause or discontinue participation at any time.

• I agree not to participate while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substance that may impair my judgement, awareness, or safety.

• I understand that this training is offered as an educational and personal development experience and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition.

• I understand that no specific outcome, healing result, spiritual experience, or level of awakening can be guaranteed.
