Service Description
Before we can manifest what we truly want, we need to discover the root cause as to what has been holding us back this far. This is often tied up in the dysregulation of the nervous system, creating an unconscious belief system around feeling safe to fully express, be seen, want their desires, and release fears and judgement. As a trauma informed somatic practitioner, quantum energy healer, and holistic life coach, I help you unravel what is holding your back, so you can start empowering yourself to finally move forward. Together we will target the root cause by working in the quantum space to release limiting self beliefs through inner child work and past life regressions, as well as coaching work that empowers YOU. After the session, review and agreed actions will be written to you via email within 48 hours, so you can come back and reflect on them when the time is right, take action to move forward, and choose which areas you need deeper help with in our next session. Cancellation Policy
All scheduled appointments need to be prepaid to avoid last minute cancellations without prior communication, and any changes, must be made with 24 hours of notice given. If the cancellation is outside of this time, a 50% deposit may be given (discretionary). If the client does not attend the booking, this will be assumed as a no-show where 100% of the booking will be kept.
