Service Description
This 75 minute session will be personalised based on your level of physical ability to help you reconnect to the discomfort of 'feeling' what really lies within, offering somatic enquiry cues along the way. Never pushing too hard, this session is designed to help you get out of your head, your thoughts, ruminations, busyness, scatteredness. The poses will promote a gentle stretch, release and surrender while building subtle strength. Expect: ✨️ Gentle breathwork to go inward. ✨️ Movements to suit your level of physicality. ✨️ Self enquiry to witness your inner world. ✨️ Meditative states to calm your mind. ✨️ Energy healing to ground and support you. You will leave feeling nourished from the inside out, understanding your sense of self, befriending your emotions, and cultivating your psychic senses to witness what lies within - your intuition.
Cancellation Policy
All scheduled appointments need to be prepaid to avoid last minute cancellations without prior communication, and any changes, must be made with 24 hours of notice given. If the cancellation is outside of this time, a 50% deposit may be given (discretionary). If the client does not attend the booking, this will be assumed as a no-show where 100% of the booking will be kept. Please note, that Monique Elouise is not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor and therefore is only offering information from personal research, experience, and intuitive information that is received through her natural psychic gifts.
