Our Time Together

15 Contact hours are made up of:

Manifesting & Holistic Coaching | 4x 90 minute zoom sessions to target your conscious blocks, create breakthroughs, unravel the shadow self, meditate, breathe, and anchor in what you've been learning.
Energy & Somatic Healing | 4x 90 minute sessions focused on your subconscious and energetic blocks utilising multiple modalities and psychic guidance to help you see the unseen. Pure healing sessions may include Kundalini Activation, Breathwork, and other energy healing or somatic work.
Deep Release | 1x 3 hour deep release session that utilises activating frequencies, somatic work, and breathwork to really help you expand your energy field, shift through different states of being, dropping you deep into your layers of transformation as you create a new timeline of change.
Additions | You'll also receive weekly action planners, homework, resourceful downloads, and WhatsApp support as needed to keep you on track to becoming who you have always truly wanted to become.
