Transformational breathwork session to release anger, tension, anxiety... and rise.
Service Description
This 90 minute session is to shift BIG energy, emotions, trauma, and inner conflict when you've tried EVERYTHING and nothing can shift it. It's intense, uncomfortable, and requires you to dig deep to stand in your power - with me supporting you wholeheartedly, so set your intentions of what you're ready to release, and step into! Prepare to be accountable for a deep release, and let go of whatever has been weighing you down with a combination of breathwork, somatic experiencing, energy healing, and light language. In this 90 minute session, you will have time to speak freely as needed before I prepare the space for you in a ceremonial way, and we go into this session with eyes open, ready to 'shift' what is no longer serving you. You may laugh, cry, yell, move. You may get a rise and fall of emotions. You may want to stop, but I'll push you until the end where you will be free to rest and reset, feeling so glad you did it! Please do not attend if you have any heart conditions, mental health conditions (that are not controlled), breathing problems, high/low blood pressure , or pregnant. Please never attend any of my sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and note it is always your responsibility to accountability for your physical, mental, and emotional health. Please allow for additional time if needed to process emotions in a safely held space. I will be available in the following days for extra support.
Cancellation Policy
All scheduled appointments need to be prepaid to avoid last minute cancellations without prior communication, and any changes, must be made with 24 hours of notice given. If the cancellation is outside of this time, a 50% deposit may be given (discretionary). If the client does not attend the booking, this will be assumed as a no-show where 100% of the booking will be kept.
