Goddess Content
The goddess leans in with an open heart.
In order to ascend, we must first navigate the courageous battle of the internal landscape, the shadows, the darkest parts of our psyche, and deepest wounds of our past that hold our nervous system in its fragile hands. Without internal strength, we cannot manifest the future we truly desire, and so we must begin with the roots - the lessons of the first three chakras; energetic windows of the physical self.
The Goddess pathway helps you understand and connect with physical body & emotions, taught through ancient Indian and Japanese ritualistic knowledge, that have made their way through time and space - just like you have have. Your soul is eternal. It is energy.
Everything is energy, and so we begin here.
We must remember who we are so we can become guided on the path to our souls purpose; activating our spiritual gifts; enhancing emotional and energetic healing at a cellular level of change; and encapsulating our intuitive psychic senses. Let me take you on a journey of ancient healing techniques and inner wisdom, so you can become who you really are.

The Goddess is about cultivating your frequency.
Your frequency is fed through your thoughts, emotions, actions and mindset.
Your frequency deciphers who you really are.
Through our time together, you will be initiated into Ascension Reiki (level 1) to bring more light into your energy body, that filters through your emotional, mental, and physical body allowing change at a cellular level to occur. You will learn ancient yogic techniques I've personally learned from my Guruji in India that help calm and balance the nervous system, quickly and effectively, enabling you to reconnect with your body and overcome your mind. You will dive deep into your core wounding through inner child work, seeing your shadows, rediscovering your childlike wonder, and shifting your timeline to develop more confidence to become who you really are.
