Through this work and what we do in targeted sessions, you can truly build upon confidence, trust, self-acceptance, and self-love, and when your heart is ready to move forward, your intuition will start guiding you through the portal of your soul, Anahata, your heart chakra. If you start trying to work with energetics and psychic realms before you are ready, you might find it a little hard to trust yourself... energy healing and intuition all come down to intention, intuition, trust and belief. Remember that.
Self love is an inside job, and one that we don't often realise we lack until we realise where we've given our power away, how our boundaries are constantly being crossed, or when we become so depleted from pleasing everyone else, and putting ourselves last.
